Yes, this is where things get interesting, for sure, and where you begin to see the "striations of divinity," as it were. There seem to clearly be gods that are immediately accessible personages, but these are iterations, as it were, of more remote versions that are less proximate (the latter of which are closer to "The One," the principle from which everything emerges and in which everything participates, but which remains otherwise unapproachable).
In terms of the "hierarchy," as it were, you have, per Iamblichus: gods, archangels, angels, daemons (more akin to spirits, not necessarily in the pejorative), heroes, archons, and us mortals.
