Is there a particular spiritual cause for this year's extremely lush plant growth?

I've never seen such explosive plant growth as this year! While I normally have bad respiratory allergies in August, once the ragweed starts to pollenate, this year I haven't been able to breathe since April. I've heard a few other people from around the USA mention this, so I was curious if there was a particular reason for it.

I, personally, am represented by the first house, and characterized by determined Carcer. Spiritual matters generally are represented by the eighth house, also characterized by Carcer. The first house perfects to the eighth by occupation, indicating that there is a straightforward, specific spiritual reason for the lush plant growth. Carcer is interesting here: it is the combination of goal-oriented Fire and agricultural Earth, and is a figure of working in a focused and isolated fashion towards a particular purpose. (It is also the symbol of binding or imprisonment, which I certainly feel, due to my allergies!) It does not appear elsewhere in the chart, indicating perhaps that the spiritual cause is the sole cause.
