Great observation.

• Hestia is associated with Capricorn, and if Aries is the notional ascendant, Capricorn is the notional midheaven (e.g. the way up).
  
• A great many mystics seem to be Capricorns. Joan of Arc, Ramana Maharshi, and Alan Watts come immediately to mind (alongside my own self, though I hardly rank in comparison). (Interestingly, occultists seem to tend towards Aquarius, mages seem to tend toward Aries.)
  
• Hestia is known for her purity, swearing it by Zeus (who honored the oath and placed her above the sensual). (See, for example, the first Homeric Hymn to Aphrodite.)
