Mar. 7th, 2025 02:02 pmI've a few transcriptions for you all, today: Æschylus's Oresteia trilogy, concerning the fall and redemption of the house of Atreus. Apparently Æschylus was put on trial for revealing the mysteries in his plays; I can see why, though it's veiled enough that one would have to already be familiar with the mysteries to be sure. (I suppose that's why he was acquitted.)
