Good question. The worldview from which I'm drawing planetary angels from didn't include Uranus (there were only the spheres of the seven traditional planets), so I couldn't say whether a Uranian angel is plausible or not—on the one hand, it's a reasonable generalization of the model; but on the other, if light is indeed the mechanism by which spirit manifests to matter, then as the 349th brightest object in the sky, it's probably too dark to be a significant influence...
