Spiritual alchemy is basically purifying your soul. (Another definition I read is 'raising your vibration'.) The best definition depends on your understanding of the anatomy of soul/body/spirit. I started with de Lubicz, and if he is already sitting on your shelf, it seems a good place for you to start, too. :-)
